Order processing

• Most orders are ready to be shipped in 2-3 business days. It can take longer during holiday season or if the amount of orders is larger than usual.
• You will be getting email notifications with order status updates.
• If you need to update your shipping info, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order is not packed yet, we will be able to update it.

Germany

• starting from € 6.19 up to €23.99 depending on the weight
• We ship all of our orders via DHL
• It takes 2-4 business days for Germany
• It takes 2-8 business days for rest of the EU

International 

• We ship to most EU countries
• Run through checkout to get a shipping quote
• You are responsible for any custom fees that may occur
